When hiking on the trails of Bear Brook State Park you will hear the crunch of leaves rather than the crunch of snow. Spring has finally popped out of the ground creating a different atmosphere just waiting to be discovered. Bear Brook State Park is home to a variety of trails for the curious outdoor enthusiast. If you are a new hiker, no worries, there is a wide range of easy to difficult trials to choose from.

Any trail that you choose to blaze will lead you into a world full of wonder and lasting inspiration. Go out and discover!

Its is always good to Plan and Prepare for your hike. I like to bring a backpack with water, delicious snacks, sunscreen and a book full of quotes.

The program offers a look into the natural world through hands-on programming. Interpretive programs focus on connecting participants with nature and building appreciation for New Hampshire's unmatched natural heritage. Programs include guided hikes, interpretive tours, and imaginative environmental workshops for children and families. Programs are offered free to guests with paid park admission fee.
